Location: Downtown Greenville

On behalf of the Upstate Indian community, India Association of Greater Greenville (IAGG) is very excited and proud to announce an upscale and prestigious event “INDIA DAY”, in the picturesque Downtown Greenville on Saturday, August 15, 2015. This coincides with India’s Independence Day celebrations. We expect upwards of 8,000 visitors to grace this occasion.

This event will showcase the unique traditions, culture, and cuisines of modern day India, with a keen eye on its glorious heritage. Visitors will get an opportunity to experience a glimpse of India, right here in the upstate. The objective of this event is to entertain and educate via interactive exhibits, artistic expression and performances, highlighting the diverse cultures in India.

IAGG, being a volunteer driven organization depends on support and contribution from members of the community, such as yourselves. As you may understand, an event of this magnitude, which aims to support local and international charities like ‘Meals on Wheels’ and ‘Vision Express’, whilst bridging cultures, needs tremendous philanthropic support.

We invite you to be a part of this exclusive event.
