Guidelines for Food Stalls -
2008
- Total number of stalls available is limited and allotments
will be on first-come first served basis. If requests exceed available stalls,
a waiting list shall be created and any movement communicated to those on such list.
- Registration is open for only two days:
January 7 and 8, 2008 from 9am to 5pm.

All applicable fees should be paid no later than: January 15, 2008.
- The same (or very similar) items may not be sold by more than one vendor.
- Maximum of 2 (two) food items may be sold from each stall.
- Food stalls must open to public at
5:00 PM
- No alcoholic beverages will be served/sold/brought into premises.
- Only VEGETARIAN items are allowed.
- Pizza/Soda stall is not available.
- Tea/Coffee/Hot-Cocoa stall is not available .
- Facilities provided to each stall include:
- 2 (TWO) tables with table cloth
- 1 (ONE) electrical outlet
- All other items with the exception of those stated above are
to be supplied by vendor (eg. electrical extension cords, appliances,
paper plates.. cups.. spoons.. glasses etc.)
- Applicable fees:
- Current year IAGG-member : $20/= per stall
- Non-Member: $35/= per stall

- When registering, you will need to provide
following information:
- Contact information: Name, Phone and Email-ID of designated contact.
- Number of items and their names.
- Electrical / heating appliances you plan to use.
IAGG reserves the right to
decline/cancel registration of an item that is deemed to be
repetitious or otherwise unsuitable. The decision of individuals
listed above will be final in all matters pertaining to food
stalls.
Failure to comply with any stated
requirement can result in your registration being cancelled and
stall given to next person in waiting list.
