Participation in Day With India is open to all, regardless of
IAGG membership status. Collective effort of our entire community is
essential to make this event a success.
We really do need every individual's financial support to make this event possible this year,
and no amount is too small.. please use link below to pledge your support. You can also register
as a volunteer to help with the event at the same time.

Some areas where your energies can
be focussed...
- Sponsorship / Vendor contacts
- Contacting potential sponsors (individual and institutional)
for financial support
- Canvassing for vendors (food and non-food) to participate in
event
- Content
- Help develop an activity to be presented at event from concept
to presentation
- Site layout and decor
- Help with creating the first impression... what goes where.. making
the venue pretty, presentable and easy to navigate
- Communications
- For those with a flair for words and an eye for detail... join
the team that produces publicity flyers, posters, placards etc.
- Participate in putting together the event brochure handed out
at event .. from writing articles to creating a "Camera Ready"
copy to take to print
- Help make this website better
- Publicity
- Help spread the word effectively amongst our target audience
by distributing flyers/displaying posters at schools, businesses
etc.
- Event day tasks
- Setup / Teardown activities at venue
